GUIDANCE DOCUMENTS

The Sanctions Secretariat in collaboration with the Department of Justice and Attorney General (DJAG) and the Central Banks Financial Analysis and Supervision Unit (FASU)- has developed Guidance Documents for Financial Intuitions, Designated Non-Financial Intuitions and Business Professions (DNFBP’s) and the General Public to ensure awareness and clear understanding of Terrorist Financing (TF) and Proliferation Financing (PF) obligations under the United Nations Financial Sanctions (UNFS) Act 2015  for Compliance purposes.
